A group of ladies with a shared passion for fitness will do everything they can to raise money for Help for Heroes at an upcoming event.
The Zumbathon charity evening is due to take place at Oceana this Friday (March 22nd) and its aim will be to support Help for Heroes, reports the South Wales Evening Post.
Organiser Kath Brown said: "Everyone so far has been fantastic. It is hard to say how much we would like to raise – the evening is £5 for adults and £1 for children."
It will kick off at 18:45 GMT at The Kingsway in Swansea and the group of 12 will cover 1,283 miles, climb the four highest mountains in the UK and row across the Irish Sea in the name of charity.
To finish, they will skydive at Swansea Airport as they bid to raise the profile of the military charity even further.
