Women like a man who is good at DIY

Singletons looking for female companions may want to brush up on their DIY skills.

This is because a poll by LocalTraders.com found 93 per cent of ladies see a man being good with his hands as a real plus point

Indeed, 12 per cent stated it was better to be with someone who could meet their housing needs over their sexual desires.

Some 80 per cent said it is a turn off if males cannot put up shelves, wallpaper or clean out gutters.

Single soldiers who are interested in a long-term relationship might want to date online to try and find that special someone.

A spokesman for LocalTraders.com stated: "We all want to live in well maintained homes and it seems a small proportion of women value this above a good sex life, which may come as a surprise."

It might be an idea for those who struggle with DIY to try and improve their skills.
