A woman from Norfolk is planning to run four marathons in a bid to raise money for a military charity.
Andi Osborne, 59, from West Beckham, is running for Combat Stress in memory of her brother Andrew, who was killed in a plane crash in Cornwall in 2012, reports the Norfolk Eastern Daily Press.
He had joined the Royal Navy as a 15-year-old boy and had served in the Falklands War. He was even on board the HMS Glamorgan when the destroyer was struck by an Argentinian missile.
Following his death, Ms Osborne has decided to do something for those who serve their country but come home with psychological problems.
"A lot of them come home with survival guilt because they are alive and well but have lost colleagues," she said.
She is running the London Marathon on April 13th, the Windermere Marathon on May 18th, the Kent Roadrunner on May 31st and the Poppyline Marathon in Norfolk in June 8th for Combat Stress.
