Help for Heroes Day is the latest fundraising initiative announced by Windsor FC, which will be looking to do its bit for the charity on November 2nd.
The football club has confirmed its Stag Meadow ground will be the setting for a military celebration, with soldiers from the Coldstream Guards set to be in attendance, reports the Royal Borough Observer.
Kevin Stott, chairman of the club, said: "This is the kind of thing we want to do to build up our relationship with Windsor and the Coldstream Guards."
A number of military vehicles will be brought to the day by the soldiers and fans will be given the chance to look around them.
Mr Stott added Help for Heroes does a "brilliant job" and the club feels it is important to raise awareness and money for the good cause.
Supporters can arrive as early as 13:00 local time for the match to take part in the fundraising events.
