A 17-year-old from the West Country is to complete a skydive in a bid to raise as much money as possible for Help for Heroes.
Josh Reynolds is aiming to generate as much as £1,000 for the good cause by plunging from a plane on July 7th, reports the Citizen.
He recently spent a day at the charity's base at Tedworth House, where he was able to learn all about exactly what it does and how the money he raises will be used.
The teenager explained the centre is full of positivity and it was wonderful to see exactly how the charity helps injured servicemen.
"This is a great cause to raise money for. These wounded soldiers will need support all through their life, not just after their duty has finished," Mr Reynolds stated.
He will be making an appearance at a Tesco store in the coming weeks so that people can hand money to him directly.
