Strippers agency to launch on Coronation Street?

Hot soldiers might be keen to tune in to ITV's Coronation Street and check out a new business set to open in the fictional district of Weatherfield.

A report in the Sun suggests characters Tommy Duckworth and Kylie Platt will launch a strippers agency, with hunk Jason Grimshaw and babe Rosie Webster set to work at the new company.

"The cast are joking about who will be called on to strip. Even Ken Barlow might do a turn for the over-70s," an insider is quoted as saying.

Tommy and Kylie decide to encourage people to get their kit off in a bid to make money, as both of them are struggling to find well-paid work, the news source notes.

Coronation Street bosses introduced the character of Tommy during recent months, with former Dancing On Ice star Chris Fountain taking on the role that sees him showing an interest in sexy barmaid Tina McIntyre.
