Soldiers join in Help for Heroes fundraiser calendar

A couple of soldiers have taken part in a calendar shoot in an effort to raise money for troops injured while serving their country.

Corporal Chris Tollick and Lance Corporal Christian Greenway are among the guys who stripped off for the product, which is called the Gods of Titan's, the Liverpool Echo reports.

All profits from sales of the £5 items will be donated to Help for Heroes and the fundraiser was launched by Titan's Gym owner Martin McKane.

Members of the leisure centre will be selling the calendar on January 15th at a stall at Grange and Pyramids shopping centre in Birkenhead.

Mr Tollick said: "The work of Help for Heroes is very close to my heart and when Martin told me he wanted to produce a charity calendar, I said me and Christian would take part."

Singer Michael Ball recently praised the efforts of the Help for Heroes cause and described the organisation as a fantastic charity and encouraged people to get behind it by making a donation.
