Social club set to host charity night

A social club in Spalding is gearing up to host a special charity night, which has been arranged to raise funds for Help for Heroes.

Spalding Services & Social Club is has arranged a special evening of entertainment for this evening (November 20th) that it hopes will persuade kind-hearted locals to part with their cash, reports the Spalding Guardian.

The Haley Brothers will be on hand to provide live music, while comedian Robby Jacks will also take to the stage in a bid to make guests laugh.

Another event to look forward to will be a giant raffle, with 30 prizes up for grabs after they were donated by local businesses.

Among the prizes people can get their hands on at the fun night are a meal for two, Playbarn vouchers and a wash, cut and blow dry.

People can turn up on the evening and buy a ticket for £5 from the bar.
