A Royal Air Force engineer is calling on people to take part in a charity trek.
The Malvern Challenge is now in its fourth year and has raised over £32,000 for Help for Heroes thanks to the generous contributions of people.
Speaking to the Malvern Gazette, organiser Dave Lewis said there are still too many soldiers getting injured and so he will continue to raise funds for them for as long as possible.
He added going through the humbling experience of carrying stretchers has "spurred me on to raise money for our troops via this event and this amazing charity".
The challenge takes place on September 1st and there will be both 11-mile and five-mile options for those looking to take part.
This means that walkers of all levels can get involved in the event and this should hopefully attract a strong crowd.
