Randy pub ghost ‘pinching bums’

The pub is a place where many blokes choose to pick up girls – but it appears such a tactic may not only be a preserve of the living.

This is because female workers at an alehouse in Birmingham have claimed a ghost is constantly pinching their bums.

Staff at the Queens Arms described these cheeky grabs as "very firm", adding the randy spirit goes about its playful ways both day and night.

Christian Dixon, manager of the Midlands boozer, said: "It's quite shocking – and definitely not a muscle spasm."

Paula Wharton, assistant manager of the venue, which is 170 years old and has been the location of a number of other ghostly sightings, described the spook as just another regular, adding: "I don't think he's nasty."

However, the spirit's bum-grabbing ways might soon come to end, as Mr Dixon is turning to a team of ghostbusters to help get to the bottom of the watering hole's deepest, darkest secrets.
