Two sixth formers in Wales are set to jump out of an aeroplane in support of brave soldiers.

Sasha Morgan and Christina Brown intend to complete a skydive on May 28th in the hope of raising money for Help for Heroes, the Barry and District News reported.

And their efforts to back troops do not stop there.

The two students have been making and selling bracelets, washing staff cars at the Bryn Hafren establishment and heading cake breaks in order to try and raise £600.

Speaking to the publication Ms Brown said: "We're both very excited and can't wait to do the jump. We chose Help for Heroes because we feel this is an extremely good cause and Sasha's uncle is in the forces."

They are not the only ones to be heading to the sky for the charity.

John Gallagher is set to celebrate his 80th birthday with a 12,000-ft tandem skydive in order to help raise cash in support of brave soldiers, the Bournemouth Echo recently reported.
