A father and his son are to take on a paragliding challenge to raise funds for wounded soldiers.
Ron and Adrian Mutton, 66 and 35 years old respectively, will be paragliding over the Himalayas to generate cash for the Help for Heroes cause, the Oxford Mail reports.
The pair will embark on the three-day expedition next month, which will include flights that last between two and three hours at heights of 5,000 feet.
Mr Mutton said: "I saw pictures of some guys paragliding over the mountains and just thought it looked fantastic."
He added the duo are really excited about the challenge and described it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
The pair have no target they would like to raise for the charity, stating they simply want to collect as much as possible.
A recent auction held by Witney Outriders – which attracted around 200 people – generated around £800 for Help for Heroes, the Oxford Times reported.
