A page three girl has claimed she would try her hand at almost anything to raise money for injured soldiers.

Peta Todd, who models for the Sun, told the newspaper she first became involved with the Help for Heroes charity during a Christmas page three visit to the rehabilitation centre at Headingly Court and stated she was deeply moved by the experience.

The 23-yeaer-old – who has become a patron for the organisation – revealed she has since completed a 400-mile bike ride, a hike up Mount Kilimanjaro and a skydive to generate funds for the cause.

She said: "I've become the go-to girl for crazy challenges! There's almost nothing I wouldn't do for Help for Heroes."

Ms Todd added she "couldn't be more proud" if her four-year-old son Finn joins the Armed Forces when he is older.

A number of wives and girlfriends of troops serving in Afghanistan recently stripped off to pose for a sexy calendar to raise cash for Help for Heroes.
