Page 3 competition entrant pledges Help for Heroes aid

A wannabe glamour model has promised to donate cash to wounded soldiers if she is victorious in a sexy competition.

Sophie Holland, 22, claimed she will give the £5,000 prize money to Help for Heroes if she comes out on top of the Sun's Page 3 Idol 2010, Staffs Live reports.

The beauty has made it in to the final 100 of the contest, which has been created to celebrate 40 years of the popular tabloid girls.

She remarked: "I couldn't believe it when the Sun phoned and said I was in [the] final 100, I was amazed. It's the best thing ever to have happened to me."

As well as the prize money, the successful lady stands to win a year-long modelling contract and an exotic holiday, which will also include a photo shoot.

Locals at the Red Lion pub in Cheshire recently stripped naked after the establishment's landlord Terry Sharpe suggested it could be a fun way to generate funds for Help for Heroes.
