Dating coach Matt Titus said males have thrown away their laissez-faire attitudes regarding courting and are now more prepared mentally when trying to woo the ladies.
And the matchmaker revealed guys are even seeking professional help to ensure their internet dating profile will impress women.
Mr Titus observed: "It used to be women who made up most of my business but there has been a clear shift in the genders roles."
