Online dating ‘can work over Christmas’

Singletons should look to keep themselves busy over the Christmas period.

Peter Dalton, personal dating coach, professional speaker and writer, noted the festive period can be a lonely time for those who do not have a special someone in their lives.

He noted people "might be lucky" when using online dating in December and find their perfect partner, but it might be harder during this month.

Mr Dalton continued by saying others may prefer to go away for a few days, or get involved in events designed for those not in a relationship to keep them occupied.

Those who are going on dates over Christmas should wear clothing that reflects who they are as a person.
