Online daters ‘need to trust their instincts’

When it comes to online dating, people have to be able to trust their instincts.

If single soldiers and others meet individuals off the web, they have to be willing to make a decision about whether or not they want to take the relationship any further.

When on a first date, it is important to make a good impression and individuals should be prepared to listen to what the other person has to say.

According to Anna Ogilvie, an expert in the field, now is the perfect time to try out online dating.

"Everything seems to be pointing in the right direction for not just finding love – but finding true compatibility in 2011 – so it seems there is no greater time to be proactive," she added.

Individuals also need to remember to have realistic expectations, as they should not think they are going to meet prince charming straight away, but instead could have to put a lot of effort into getting that special someone.
