Is he interested? His eyes tell the story

Ladies who have managed to get a date with a hot soldier should watch his eyes to see if he’s interested in something serious or just a short-term fling, scientists have claimed.

A study by Dr Tom Currie from the University of Tokyo has found that a simple test can tell what’s going through his mind.

He took 260 volunteers, half men, half women and asked them to rate pictures of the opposite sex who were wearing nothing but their undies.

They were shown the faces and bodies separately and then asked to rate the whole package.

Only one in five soldiers looking for a long-term relationship gave higher scores to pictures of bodies than faces.

When it came to a short-term thing, 40 per cent put the body first.

Dr Anthony Little, a psychologist from Stirling University, told the Daily Mail that female soldiers should watch a bloke’s eyes to see what he’s after.

"If you are looking for long-term relationships you are looking for a friendly, humorous, co-operative pleasant partner – information we all get from faces," he said.

Ladies hoping to make an impression should throw their UGG boots and Harem-style trousers away, as guys aren’t that keen on them, a recent poll by MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk found.
