People are willing to go to extreme lengths in order to impress the ladies and bag themselves a date.
One thing that men are always told is to make sure they look their best, but Datta Phuge from India seems to have gotten a bit carried away with this.
This is because the man has splashed out £14,000 on a shirt made from solid gold in an effort to make himself more desirable.
Mr Phuge stated: "I know I am not the best looking man in the world, but surely no woman could fail to be dazzled by this shirt."
As if the garment wasn't bling enough, it also comes with six Swarovski crystal buttons just to give it the perfect finishing touch.
He added it took a team of 15 goldsmiths two weeks to complete the shirt, such is the complexity of the gold thread weaves on it.
