Hereford dancing event to benefit Help for Heroes

Keen dancers in Hereford will come together next month in a bid to raise as much money as possible for Help for Heroes.

The Starlight Company is planning to hold an event on February 21st that will see local people strap on their dancing shoes for an evening of entertainment, reports the Hereford Times.

It is the third time the event has been held in the town and acts as a way to bring the community together while raising cash for a very worthy cause.

Vicky Lightowler, a dance-fitness instructor, said Help for Heroes is a charity that is very close to the hearts of many people in Hereford, with residents determined to do all they can for servicemen and women.

"By putting on a night of fun and entertainment we want people to rock their way into 2014 and dance and be supportive to the local community at the same time," she stated.
