Help for Heroes stands to gain from a charity football match that is due to be played in London over the coming weeks.
Majestic Football Club is set to face Harrow Police Football Club at the Brimsdown Sports and Social Club in Goldsdown Road on May 10th, with kick-off at 19:45 BST, reports the Enfield Independent.
All of the money raised on the night will go to the military charity, which specialises in helping and supporting servicemen who have been injured or wounded in combat.
Adults will be charged £3 to attend the fixture, while it will be £1 for children. A healthy crowd should ensure plenty of cash is made for the fund.
The players due to take part in the match are aiming to raise in excess of £5,000 for the good cause, which will be achieved through ticket sales and a host of other fundraising initiatives on the day.
