A charity event held in Droitwich has raised £1,416.55 for Help for Heroes.
The Droitwich Half PARAthon took place on Armed Forces Day and saw more than 60 people touring 13 pubs and bars in the town in 13 hours.
The pub crawl started off in the Pillar of Salt and ended at The Star and Garter later in the day, with members collecting money on their journey.
It was hoped that the event would raise around £500, but the final total was almost three times that amount.
The day was such a success and raised such a large amount for the armed forces charity that the group are planning to repeat the event in 2014, according to the Droitwich Standard.
A team of cyclists led by Rob Grant also recently contributed £9,000 to Help for Heroes after completing a 300-mile journey in France to celebrate the 100th running of the Tour de France.
