Help for Heroes (H4H) is providing £75,000 in funding to assist a homeless charity that looks after veterans.
Alabare provides accommodation, support and practical help to ex-servicemen and women as they try to live independently, the Salisbury Journal reports.
Now H4H has stepped forward and promised to help the charity initiative for at least 24 months in its endeavours.
Andrew Lord, chief executive of Alabare, told the paper: "It is a great honour to be working with H4H, which has done so very much to highlight the ongoing needs of veterans."
He added the organisation is passionate about helping out those who served their country and the provision of "timely and appropriate" aid ensures people do not encounter any further problems.
The money provided by H4H will be used to offer assistance to up to 15 veterans over the next two years as they transition to civilian life.
