Go for the natural look ladies, men say

Female soldiers keen to get involved in army dating should go for the natural look rather than slap tonnes of make-up on their faces.

A new study by St Ives found that 20 per cent of blokes wish their girlfriend would tone down how much make-up they wear, with one in ten saying they would prefer it if she didn’t wear any at all.

Ladies wanting to attract hot soldiers should do their best to avoid getting lipstick on their teeth, wearing too much blusher, thick foundation and clumpy mascara, as these are the biggest turn-off for guys.

A spokesman for the researcher said that part of the problem is that only half of guys polled felt comfortable telling their missus that she’s wearing too much slap.

"For many guys, make-up can act as a barrier between them and their partner, and it seems they simply prefer their women to go natural. But it’s interesting to see that the majority of men were reluctant to admit this to their partner," the representative stated.

Female soldiers could copy what Kate Winslet does, as last year the Titanic star was named the Ultimate Natural Beauty in a Vie at Home survey.
