Fraser Duff and his business partner William Hume have become the latest people to complete charity challenges in the name of Help for Heroes.

Since the start of the year, the two men have taken part in a number of climbs and cycles in order to raise cash, the Wishaw Press reports.

So far they have collected over £3,000, but are now preparing to take part in their most gruelling challenge yet.

The pair are going to scale the highest peaks in each country of the UK and cycle in between them.

Mr Duff stated: "The programme is pretty gruelling and it's at this point that I begin to hope that our fitness and organisation for the packed schedule are up to the task ahead."

The men were inspired to take on the challenge after hearing about the bravery of Alistair Spearing, a soldier who last year lost both his legs while serving in Afghanistan.
