Help for Heroes has benefited to the tune of more than £500 after a group from a fitness club took on a particularly challenging obstacle course.
Fresh Fitness in Skegness put together a team for the event in Yorkshire, which took place earlier this month and saw thousands of participants turn up, reports the Skegness Standard.
Only 80 per cent of people even managed to finish the course, underlining just how difficult it was.
The Fresh Fitness team took just under three hours to complete the challenge, beating the overall average time of 3.5 hours.
A spokesperson for the group said: "The team would like to give an extra well done to Keely Smith for being the only female team member to complete all the obstacles and to all the people that sponsored them."
Fresh Fitness is now planning its next event of this type, which is due to take place in 2014.
