First date beauty secrets revealed

Ladies need to be prepared before going on a first date.

This is the advice offered by Zoe Hardman – who is the co-presenter of Take Me Out: The Gossip – and she told Handbag.com that all girls should have five essentials in their handbag.

These are lip gloss, mints, a good bronzer, a hairbrush and a cream blush and Hardman stated these are all vital if ladies want a first date to go off without a hitch.

Choosing the right outfit is also important, as women do not want to give off the wrong impression when they come face-to-face with their suitor for the first time.

First and foremost, ladies have to be comfortable in what they are wearing, or else they will not be able to relax for the whole night.

This means high heels and short skirts may not be the best look, as opting for something that helps girls to feel confident could be more practical.
