Derbyshire club to host fundraising gala

A club in Derbyshire is to hold a special gala that will aim to raise as much money as possible for Help for Heroes.

The Hilltop Club in Bolsover will be the setting for the fundraising event, which is due to be held on May 27th between 12:00 and 17:00 BST, reports the Derbyshire Times.

Several activities and attractions have been planned to entertain guests at the event, as well as persuade them to part with their hard-earned cash in aid of the charity.

On the agenda is an outside bar and barbecue to ensure nobody has to go hungry or thirsty on the day, along with live music and specific daytime and evening entertainment.

Help for Heroes works to provide support to injured and wounded servicemen who have been the victim of conflicts around the world and it relies on charitable donations to be able to continue this work.
