Soldiers working their way back from injury should use cross trainers for a low-impact exercise, one source has recommended.

Big New Biz said that the home fitness equipment is ideal for the boys and girls who have taken a knock, as it limits the impact on the joints while still allowing them to get the blood pumping.

"A cross trainer is a non-moving exercising machine which is used to simulate running. It’s major hit in the fitness world as it lets you simulate running or walking without causing excessive pressure on the joints," it said.

The source added that even military men and women who have tried and failed to use other home fitness equipment on their way back from injury can benefit from sessions on cross trainers.

Meanwhile, an article on iMarketingbiz recently stated that cross trainers make it easy for people to exercise because they can tone up in their own time without having to brave the weather.
