A night of white collar boxing was held at the Emirates stadium last night (December 1st), with money raised by the event going to the Help for Heroes charity.

Jeffers 'Can't be touched' Cohen went up against Paul 'The Stone' Mason in the first of nineteen fights that were watched by several hundred spectators gathered in the Conference Suite, an article on doghouseboxing.com noted.

Each of the bouts were contested over three one-minute rounds, with the opening match-up being declared a draw in controversial circumstances after Cohen had looked the superior contestant.

Another boxer helping to raise funds towards the good cause was Dan 'Nuclear' Newton, who reportedly became one of the crowd favourites during a fight against the contender known as 'Pyeman', the news source observed.

A slightly different money-raising effort for the soldiers who are fighting for the country saw the X Factor finalists' cover version of David Bowie's Heroes reach the top of the charts last week.
