Boot camp to be held for Help for Heroes

Help for Heroes stands to gain financially from a special boot camp that is being planned by a health organisation.

Nuffield Health is due to stage a day of classes and exercise sessions at its base in Northampton tomorrow (June 19th), reports the Northampton Chronicle.

There are boot camp classes scheduled to take place at 06:35, 11:30 and 20:00 BST, giving everyone who wants to take part the chance to do so.

In addition to these, a number of gym sessions will be on offer during the afternoon, while for those who do not fancy getting hot and sweaty, a coffee morning and cake sale is also being held.

It is not only members of the health club who are welcome to join, as anyone can turn up providing they make a donation.

Such events can help to raise money for good causes like Help for Heroes and exercisers are sure to want to do just that tomorrow.
