A group of keen cyclists in Suffolk have revealed they are set to do their bit for a charity by undertaking a special ride.

The Birds Wot Bike team, which is based in Hadleigh, are due to hold their second annual bike ride in aid of Help for Heroes, reports the Suffolk Free Press.

It will take place on April 6th and will see members of the group hit the road on their two-wheel transport in order to generate funds for the military charity.

Last year, a similar event was held and Birds Wot Bike managed to raise in the region of £2,600 for the good cause.

Help for Heroes works tirelessly to offer support to injured ex-servicemen and women who require assistance in getting back on their feet once they have returned from a combat zone.

Sponsored cycle rides are one of the most popular ways to raise funds for the charity.ADNFCR-2867-ID-801692899-ADNFCR
