Aston Martin written off by Vauxhall Corsa

The owner of a £180,000 Aston Martin was left stunned when his prized possession was written off recently after a smash involving a bright pink Vauxhall Corsa.

As its driver was topping up his tank at a petrol station in Swindon, the budget vehicle – worth just a few hundred pounds – careered off the road and into its side.

"She drove out of the petrol station, on to the roundabout, lost it, and came over the kerb and came straight into the car. My car moved into the pump and bumped the pump off," the disgruntled motorist explained.

He added that the Aston Martin is sure to be a write off, as there is little chance of anybody being able to repair the significant damage.

The DBS sports car is a beautiful machine capable of reaching speeds of more than 190mph and it can reach 60mph in just 4.3 seconds.
