9-year-old girl takes on wrestling pro

Wrestling always provides interesting entertainment, especially when you get fun characters who bring the sport to life.

The likes of Hulk Hogan and The Rock are known for their burly form and exaggerated moves, but their broad-shouldered counterparts may well face some unlikely competition in the form of a small nine-year-old girl.

Young Haruka from Japan is minute compared to the majority of wrestlers, but footage reveals she isn't scared of a challenge.

The girl has been filmed taking on Canadian pro Kenny Omega in the ring and she pulls out some pretty impressive moves.

Her fighting talk begins when Omega – who is around four times her size – holds out his hand to greet his opponent.

But a stony-faced Haruka shows no interest and goes on to fling the male around the ring with remarkable skill.

Omega gets his own back at points, even spinning the girl around his head at one stage and the match makes for interesting viewing.
