Gymnastics is often seen as a sport for younger people, because of all the physical training and skills involved.
However, 86-year-old Johanna Quaas clearly forgot to read the script as she is still cart wheeling, head-spinning and rotating while wowing the crowds.
The lady showcased her range of talents at the 2012 Cottbus World Cup in Germany and still looks quite handy on the bars and beam.
Incredibly, Ms Quaas – who used to play handball professionally – didn't take up the sport until after her 30th birthday and she displayed the suppleness and dexterity of someone over half her age.
It seems there is not stopping the OAP and who knows how much longer she will be able to compete at this level.
She might even harbour a long shot of making it to the London Olympic Games, which get underway on July 27th, although this could prove to be a stretch even for her.
