How many kids dressed as Mahatma Ghandi do you think could fit in one train?

Some 485 children – aged between ten and 16 – have donned the trademark spectacles and khaddar clothing in honour of the great man.

They also managed to set a new Guinness World Record, after eclipsing the previous best of 255 for impersonating the political icon.

Usha Gokani, who is the granddaughter of Ghandi, stated: "It's a great feeling. I am moved by the passion for the father of the nation displayed by these children."

The boys marched through central Kolkata for 0.5 km in honour of the fact Ghandi was assassinated 64 years ago.

It certainly makes for an interesting sight, as the young men all had their heads covered in order to make them look bald.

Another famous person that people dress up as is Elvis Presley and hundreds have gathered in Las Vegas at the same time before.
