Women 'want troops with a nice smile'

Soldiers may want to make an appointment at the dentist when they get a chance, as new research has found that a nice smile is what women want in a man.

According to a study by Butterkist, ladies go wild for a guy with a flirtatious grin, while a sense of humour is the next thing they look for, followed by thoughtfulness.

Generosity is also highly valued by the opposite sex, followed by intelligence, affection and a bloke's ability to laugh at themselves.

Guys, on the other hand, appreciate slightly different things, with a stunning body what most want, along with a nice cleavage and a good sense of humour.

A spokesperson for the researcher said these characteristics are what Brits find irresistible about the opposite sex.

"We found it's a rare combination of things, both mental and physical and often very simple, that, every now and again, fall into place and make our knees go weak," the representative added.

A recent poll commissioned by sextoys.co.uk revealed that kindness is what most single women are looking for in a potential partner.
