Women 'can only flirt well'

Women looking to meet soldiers should have confidence in the knowledge that it is very difficult for them to flirt badly.

Writing for the Frisky, relationships expert Judy McGuire said that it does not take extravagant techniques or chat up lines to get a guy's interest, just the ability to communicate on some level.

She has seen that simple moves such as just asking what a bloke is drinking can work a treat.

"What it comes down to, if you're a relatively attractive woman, is it's really hard to flirt badly," added Ms McGuire.

"As long as you don't tell the guy he looks like Vern Troyer … and can manage to eke out a dopey question in a language he understands, you're doing OK."

This week, Sue Ostler, relationship author and the Metro's Flirt Diva said that confidence is the key to making the most of your body language when you are trying to pick up a hot soldier.
