Male daters urged to get online

The internet could be the ideal forum for single soldiers to meet prospective partners, it has been claimed.

According to flashnews4u.com, the web is an enormous global forum where singletons "hang out" to find people they are attracted to.

The source noted: "If you haven't expanded your search for the right woman to the internet, you're behind the times."

As well a being providing a venue to locate females, cyberspace is also an arena where men can learn tips on how to date online effectively, as well as providing an opportunity for guys to obtain experience in how to get girls to respond to them, it added.

The website claimed any stigma relating to digital courtship has long since passed.

A recent story in the New York Times described how online dating can lead to long-lasting relationships after US couple Midge Woolsey and Jerry Stolt tied the knot two years after meeting via a website.
