Gary Barlow added to Help for Heroes gig

Gary Barlow has been added to the bill to perform at the upcoming Help for Heroes concert.

The Take That star will join bandmate Robbie Williams onstage at the spectacle top perform their new single Shame.

Twickenham Stadium will be playing host to the spectacle, which aims to raise funds to provide rehabilitation centres for injured ex-servicemen and women.

A statement prepared by the duo read: "It's great that people love Shame so much and we can't wait to perform it live for the first time at the Heroes Concert at Twickenham on September 12th."

They added the gig boasts a great line-up and they are "thrilled" to be a part of it.

Other stars performing include James Blunt and Alesha Dixon.

It was recently revealed Katherine Jenkins and The Wanted have been added to the bill and the Welsh songstress described the gathering as a fantastic way to raise awareness for the cause.
