Up to November 16th this year, a special Combat Stress exhibition is on show in Glasgow, Scotland.

The free show is called Getting Creative with Combat Stress, and according to the charity, one person who has been to see it called it  "very moving and instructive" while another said that the poetry on show was "very moving and thought provoking".

The artists whose work is being shown are ex service people who have attended Combat Stress' Hollybush House.

The Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum is the venue for the show, which includes things like photos, pieces made from glass, paintings and poetry.

According to the charity, the idea is that the show provides people who attend with a look into the way veterans work to beat psychological injury using art.

One way to donate to the charity at the moment is via text message. A donation of £5 can be made if people text the phrase BRAVE1 to the number 70004. They make the donation via the cost of the text, which is £5 (in addition to whatever your standard network charge is).

There's also still the chance to help Combat Stress via the Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red installation in London.

Buying a ceramic poppy from this Tower of London installation will provide a donation to charity.

Ten per cent of the price of the poppies (they cost £25 each), and all of the net proceeds raised through their sale, will be shared out between a range of service charities, of which Combat Stress is just one.

The installation, arranged by Historic Royal Palaces, involves more than 800,000 ceramic poppies, which are being positioned in the Tower's dry moat as a way of remembering World War One.ADNFCR-2867-ID-801751035-ADNFCR
