Visit the subs management page and you can cancel your payments from there. Important note: When you cancel your subscription your profile will still remain active. For help on removing your profile, see 'Can I remove my profile from the website?'.
Yes, you can remove your profile from the website by navigating to 'My profile' > preferences page and untick the box marked 'my profile is visible'.
Your account will remain on the database so you will be able to reactivate it at a later date should you desire but your profile will not be able to be viewed by other users and as long as you have unticked all the contact options on the preferences page then you will not be contacted by us again either.
Send an email to support@forcespenpals.co.uk from your registered email address with details of your current username and your new preferred username. We will email you back at the registered email address once it has been updated.
The free trial allows you set up your full profile and search the complete penpals database for free. You can also view all user profiles and send/receive flirts with them for free. Only fully paid subscribers can use other methods of communication.
View the Contact details page under 'My profile'. Choose your 'service' and then follow the instructions. If you don't have a .mod.uk email address this may take upto 3 working days to process so please be patient.
View the password page in the 'My profile' section and enter your new password in both boxes.

No! Nobody needs to know your email address. Your messages will automatically go into your message box on this site.
View the 'photos' page and click 'Update image' or 'add image' button in one of the three available slots. You will see a 'browse' button and when clicked, it will allow you to browse the files on your computer. Select an image to be used for your photo in the format .jpg, .gif or .png and click 'open'. Your file should appear in the 'filename' box. Enter an image title and either tick or untick the 'Set as default' option. Once you've finished, click the 'save' button.
Use the 'report this user' link when viewing a message from your inbox. Alternatively, complete the contact form giving full details on the abuse. All reports will remain anonymous.

No. When you subscribe, your payments are taken from your card automatically. When your subscription is due to expire a payment is taken from your card automatically and your subscription is renewed.
We accept credit/debit cards but you can pay by Postal Order or cheque. All the necessary information can be found in our subscription pages.
You will receive an email telling you to log on to the site and also an alert when you log on to the website. You must have the option switched on in your 'Preferences' in order to receive these messages.
Visit the 'Comms' > 'messaging' page. Your inbox will appear with all your messages in. Click on view message to read the message details. To reply, press reply at the bottom of each message, write your message and press send.
Open your outbox which is located in 'comms' > 'messaging'. 'Last viewed' will indicate when they viewed your message.
Unfortunately no! But you will get some messages back. You might not get messages immediately as many service personnel are away for long periods. They might be able to reply once they return. It's just a case of being patient.
View the Profile details page under 'My profile' and you can choose your match criteria. Once completed, navigate to 'Intelligence > ideal penpals and the page will be automatically updated.
Ensure you have completed all the details about yourself in the 'My profile' section so a match can be found for you. Once completed, navigate to 'Intelligence > ideal penpals page and the higher up the list a user is, the better matched you are.
Navigate to 'Intelligence > ideal penpals page and select a distance from your postcode. This will show users who's address details are within that distance from your postcode and also meet your criteria.
Visit the new users page located at 'Intelligence > new users.
Navigate to 'Comms > Messaging. Click on the 'Blocked' menu button, enter the username you wish to block and click the 'block' button. Click OK to confirm you wish to block the user. A list of blocked users will now appear on the page (click 'Remove' button to unblock a user at any time).
Navigate to 'My profile > Profile details. Click on the 'View my own profile as others see it' link next to the 'Save details' button.
